EMS Personal

The EMS method is a complete way of training, through the use of electrical pulses. The central nervous system, in our daily lives, constantly sends electrical stimuli to the muscles to control our muscle actions. EMS uses this basic principle to reach the deeper layers of the muscles, which are difficult to activate through conventional training.

 

Exercise with EMS is done by activating the whole body through physical exercise and not passively. The trainer controls all the muscle groups and adjusts the intensity of the training to the possibilities of the trainee, taking into account the personal goals of each one individually.
