Pilates Mat
In Pilates mat the practitioner works primarily with his body weight. It is a challenge as he has to have full control of his body while resisting gravity. By working deep muscles and not just large muscle groups, they make it harder but also extremely effective from the very first sessions. By using not only the body but in some sessions also equipment such as tires, balls, rings we make a class accessible to all.
