Pilates Reformer


The reformer, i.e. pilates on a bed, is one of the most widespread methods of practicing the pilates technique. Being based on the pilates mat is an extra challenge due to the greater instability, the additional adaptive resistance and the gradual increase in difficulty of the exercises. It thus offers a very interesting and effective training framework which at the same time guarantees protection and the gradual recovery of the body from possible injuries.
